The feed enters the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is accelerated smoothly by an inlet distributor. Centrifugal force generated by rotation causes sedimentation of solids on the bowl wall.
Separation occurs in a horizontal cylindrical bowl equipped with a screw conveyor that rotates in the same direction as the bowl but at a slightly different speed, moving solids toward the conical end where they discharge through openings.
The separation process continues through the entire cylindrical section, with clarified liquid separated by adjustable overflow plates.

Design Features
Material Construction
All material contact surfaces are constructed from high-quality stainless steel or duplex stainless steel. Bowl bodies are centrifugal cast to ensure equipment durability and reliability.
Bowl and Screw Design
Specially designed bowls and spirals apply high-pressure, two-way compression to dewatered cake at the conical end, minimizing moisture content for optimal dryness.
Drive System
The machine utilizes dual motor dual frequency conversion with multi-stage planetary gear drive. The control system automatically adjusts the speed differential between bowl and screw based on raw material characteristics and user requirements. The unique DC bus-powered design ensures strong spiral torque while significantly reducing power consumption. Multiple drive options are available, including full hydraulic drive systems.
Lubrication System
Available with traditional manual grease lubrication or optional automatic grease lubrication (or thin oil lubrication) systems that provide real-time lubrication to main bowl bearings and screw bearings, significantly improving bearing life and overall machine durability.
Control System
Standard configuration includes PLC + HMI, fully integrating critical operational parameters including speed, differential, current, torque, and vibration monitoring.
Wear Protection
Multiple wear protection options available including welded hard facing, spray coating, ceramic ports, Zn carbide tiles, and chilled hard metal port castings. All wear protection elements (except welded hard facings or spray coatings) are field replaceable for easy maintenance.
